Victor Tsyganko

  Born in the Ukraine, Victor Tsyganko was trained in classic and modern technique at the prestigious Muhinoi Art College in

Leningrad, Russia.

  He moved to New York City in 1990. His work has since been included in a number of exhibits in New York including the Cork Gallery, Lincoln Center.  He has executed a large mural in a Brooklyn Church.
